During the purchase
- Take your time. We have 100% author products from different categories. Be Sure you find what you are looking for and authors who can customize the product you want.
- Create an account. It's fast and free. To complete a purchase you must be registered. Click on Register in the upper right part of the screen where you are.
- Read the store's policies first. Go to the author's shop and click on the product to see the information in detail. Check if the seller accepts returns, their shipping options, etc ...
- Contact the seller if you have any questions related with the product, store policies,…etc by using our message system .
- Check your shopping bag. It is good to have a quick view of what items you intend to buy. This area is informative, so if an article does not interest you at the end, you can remove it from the bag.
- Secure shopping. Buy with your credit or debit card from anywhere in the world. The technological integration of Stripe as a payment method manager allows transactions to be secure and simple.
- We protect your data. We comply with the current privacy and data protection law (RPGD).
- We work with professional makers. They will take care of your order so that it arrives in perfect condition.

We have a standard return policy that all authors who sell with us use. This policy is visible in each seller's store.

Instructions to follow, once the return is accepted.
- Once you receive the item, you have 5 days to request your return.
- Before returning the product, contact the seller.
- Returns will be accepted if the product is not in perfect condition.
- In case the return is motivated by the arrival in poor condition of the item, please contact the seller.
- Keep in mind that if it is a product or custom order, exceptions to the returns may apply.
- If you have any questions, contact the seller.
- You must send the items whose return has been accepted within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of notification.
- It is advisable to provide the shipment tracking number.
- You will be responsible for the damages suffered by the items during the shipment.
- You must package the items in the best possible way. We recommend that you use your original box or packaging.
- If the shipping of a returned item is international, we recommend that you mark the item as "Returned Products" to avoid customs taxes. We are not responsible for the customs taxes applied to the returned shipments.
- The refund will be processed through the same payment method used during the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- In case that the item arrives damaged, worn or in bad condition, we reserve the right to discount any amount when making a refund.
