You must send the items whose return has been accepted within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of notification.
We recommend you to provide the tracking number of the shipment to the buyer.
You will be responsible for the damages suffered in the articles during the shipment.
You should package the items in the best possible way. We recommend you to use the original box or packaging.
If the destination of a returned item is international, we advise you to mark the item as "Returned products" to avoid customs taxes. We are not responsible for any customs taxes applied to returned shipments.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used during the original purchase, unless otherwise is agreed.
In case the item arrives damaged, worn or in poor condition, we reserve the right to discount any amount when making a refund.
