Miss Bumblebee is an artistic doll, unique and original that was designed and created by me, it was made with the technique of paper mache on wire structure.
For the creation of this doll I used several types of paper:
The head, body, legs and arms are made of newspaper, with which he creates paper mache.
The hands and shoes are made of mulberry paper, I also used this paper in the chest and waist area to simulate on the hair of the bee.
The rest of the dress was made with paper mache and tissue paper.
The wings are made of tissue paper on wire structure.
It was created and painted entirely by hand with acrylic paints and finished with a layer of varnish.
The hair is made of high quality acrylic yarn curled and fixed to give it a curl shape.
Size approximately: 32.00 cm (12.60 inches)
Miss Bumblebee, or Miss Bumblebee, is part of a mini series of big-headed dolls inspired by three of my favorite insects / bugs.
This amazing collection doll is inspired by the bee.
She wears a yellow pompous skirt on which falls a dress with black lapel details, and on her chest and waist she has yellow and black hair that simulates the hair of bees.
The wings on its back have the shape of the real wings of the bee.
In the head it has two black antennae.
The bee is related to a job well done, with order and organization. It is one of the animals with the most symbolic richness and, in many places, it is associated with neatness.
For the Greek people it was the symbol of obedience and industriousness.
